Orders

How do I order?
You may order online by adding items to your cart and going through the checkout process.

How do I know which size is right for me?
Please refer to the size chart located at each product page.  The fit of each item may vary due to the style and cut. For example, race or leger fit jerseys are designed to fit the body more closely than relaxed or city ride fit jerseys. 

How to measure myself?
Chest – Please measure around the fullest part of your chest.   For women, if you plan to wear a bra with the item, please measure yourself with your bra on.
Waist – Please measure around the smallest part of your waist, just above your belly button.
Hips – Please measure at the fullest part of your hips, standing with your feet close together.
Hand – Please measure diagonally around your palm, from 1 finger width below the base of your index finder to 2 fingers below the base of your little finger.
Foot – Measure from the back of your heel to the end of your longest toe.

How long will you hold my items for payments by bank deposit?
We will keep your items for 3 business days after you make your order. If you need more time, let us know with an email to customer@racepace.ph. Please send us a copy of your deposit slip once you’ve made your payment so we can immediately ship your package out.

What payment methods do you accept?
You may pay using any of these options:
  • BPI bank deposit
  • BDO bank deposit
  • Credit card through PayPal

We will send you our bank account details once you have placed your order.
 
Do you accept credit card payments?
Yes, we accept credit card payments via PayPal and you don't need a PayPal account to pay this way.

Delivery

Do you charge separately for delivery?
Yes, but only for orders worth below P1000.  Orders worth P1000 or more are shipped free to anywhere in the Philippines.

Do you deliver internationally?
No, we only deliver within the Philippines.  If you interested in our products to be delivered outside the Philippines, please send us an email at customer@racepace.ph and we can refer you to the appropriate dealer.

Do you arrange meet-ups or pick-ups?
We don't arrange meet-ups or pick-ups at this time.
 
Is my package safe?
While we do use the most reputable carriers, we do recommend that you insure your package for a minimal fee. We will not be responsible for any loss or theft of uninsured packages.  If you receive a damaged item, please inform us immediately at customer@racepace.ph.
 
How long will it take to get my package?
Packages are shipped out only when we receive your proof of payment via email. Orders paid after 2:00PM, on weekends and on holidays are shipped out within 2 business days.
 
For orders within Metro Manila, you will receive your package within 1 to 2 business days from the time your package was shipped out. For provincial orders, please allow 3 to 4 business days to receive your package.

Return and Exchange

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We hope that you love your purchase as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we happily accept returns and exchanges provided that:
You inform us within 14 days from when the items were received.
The items that are unused and undamaged, and have the original tags attached and packaging intact.

Others

How do I care for my cycling apparel?
You may of course hand wash and dry flat.
You may also machine wash, with the following directions:
  • Please use a laundry bag, cold water, and the gentle or delicate cycle
  • Please DO NOT use bleach or fabric softener as this may affect the anti-bacterial or heat-reflecting qualities of the fabrics, or the shock absorbing capabilities of the pads.
  • You may tumble dry with laundry bag. NO HEAT
